Part-time Surveyor

Description

We are looking for people who can work between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm, Monday-Thursday to complete satisfaction surveys by phone for customers of auto body shops across the country. There are some hours available on Fridays and Saturdays, but the bulk of the work we do is between Monday and Thursday. We are also looking for people who can work at least 12 hours per week, although more hours are possible. Starting salary is $9 per hour. This is a work at home position.

Requirements

For this position you must have a home PC with Windows 98 or higher as an operating system, and a high-speed Internet connection (either cable or DSL). We provide a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone. Good communication skills and a working familiarity with email, basic computer skills, and basic data entry are required.

Our office is located on Crossroads Drive, across from the Eastgate Cinema. Once hired, surveyors have to complete a week of training here in the office before they can be placed at home. Training is from 5:30-8:30 in the evening. Once a month there is a mandatory department-wide meeting at our office from 6-8 pm. Those meetings are usually held the first Wednesday of the month.

This is not a sales position. Surveyors call body shop and insurance customers on the phone to complete a customer satisfaction survey that takes less than 2 minutes, and then enter that data into the computer. If this sounds like a good fit for you, please use the on-line application to apply.
